The Gardeners Cottage
part of our history
Before hurricane irma (sept 2017), the cottage was home to Rudy, our Jamaican gardener and his dog, a black lab, Blackie. They shared this space and looked after the grounds.
The cottage survived Irma thanks to strapping down the roof with ratchet straps and securing them to the foundation, but it still sustained heavy damage. After the storm, Rudy went back to his family in Jamaica, and we converted it into this charming two bedroom space to accommodate more guests. Blackie continued to live under the decking until she left for the great beach in the sky in 2019.
Relax in this secluded and relaxing space with beds for six on a king, queen and two trundle twin beds. Perfect for a growing family within a larger group.
Studio B
The recent addition of Studio B allows three more people to stay on the property in luxurious privacy. A perfect bolt hole for a young family within a larger group. Studio B has a Queen Bed and a twin day bed.
New Cottage
Completing in June 2026, two new rooms will be open for our guests with beautiful views of dawn beach from behind and above The Gardener’s Cottage. Its a 2 bedroom space with Jack and Jill bathroom.
