Service, A Family History
Lewis, now the online and booking manager, has been visiting and Sint Maarten for 20 years when his father, the previous owner, bought the property. He lived here from 2020 - 2023 and ran the villa for his father, lightening his load into retirement. The new owners have kept him on to manage the website, bookings and concierge opportunities. Since Lewis is now residing in the states, they have hired Eddy who is the property manager that lives on site.
Here are some of the services we offer.
Boat Charter Booking
Enjoy a day unlike any other on the turquoise blue waters of the Caribbean Sea. Swim with the fish on Creole Rock, laze on the lily pad at Pinel, spot turtles in the sea grass from Tintamarre. And, depending on the time of year, theres even a chance you’ll spot a whale blowing spray against the bluest sky. Free drinks and Lunch provided, with other gourmet dining options available.
We also highly recommend a day charter to Anguilla, our personal favorite activity to do while we’re here at our home away from home.
Private Driving
Once on the Island you’ll need transport. The public transport system is none existent around Oyster Pond, so having a car is essential. Taxi’s can be costly, as much as $150 one way from Simpson Bay and hiring a car can be inconvenient. The roads on the island are not great, and neither are the drivers. Most of our guests end up hiring multiple cars, which can be expensive and means that you have multiple members of your party who have to remain responsibly sober. Drink driving is illegal on sint maarten.
Remove all this stress and book a private driver to drive your party around the island.
For as little as $325 a day, we provide transport and the attentive service of Paco, who looks after all our guests driving needs for you across the island, wherever you are, or want to be. 24 hours a day. No restrictions. Nothing extra to pay. Airport pickup and drop off included.

There are a few grocery delivery services on SXM which provide a free delivery service. If you decide to get groceries delivered you should notify Lewis via email so that delivery can be secured with Eddy, our caretaker. Please provide the following information for your order.

If you are arriving Sundays the grocery stores close at 2pm, so this service is encouraged if this is your check in day.
ATV and Jet Ski Tours
Adventure is out there. Find it on the back of an ATV or Jet Ski, guided by our super knowledgeable and friendly tour guides. full or half day trips available for ATV’s and 2 hour tours available for ski’s. Climb mountains on four wheels or race under an overhead 777 coming into land. Thrills guaranteed.
Snorkel and Beach Equipment
Beach towels, Snorkel gear and body boards are complimentary with your stay.
Private Catering
We have two excellent chefs on our books on standby ready to cater for your party for any meal, any day of your stay.
Chef Felicia (click to email) is our preferred choice, an enthusiastic chef with a lot of great knowledge of local cuisine. She’s also a very agreeable price. Lunch is ~ $35pp and Dinner $45pp + the cost of groceries.

Chef Greg is a talented and versatile chef from France. He owns one of the best restaurants on the island ‘Oasis’ just a 5 minute drive away. He is excellent at blending classic French and Caribbean food for wonderful experiences at the table. Prices start at around $60pp. Please enquire to be put in touch with Greg.
Cleaning Service
If your visit extends past 1 week, please know we offer an extra cleaning service for a fee. Please communicate with Eddy, the on-site property manager, for this. Schedule your extra cleaning, the details of what you need done and pay him directly.
